Right of withdrawal/Return
You have the right to cancel your order within 15 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 15 days after informing the trader. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us. To exercise this right, please contact us on info@autowolf.nl. We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.
Please report your RMA via info@autowolf.nl or klantenservice@autowolf.nl (not required, but recommended). We will give you the instructions by mail, these can also be found on the RMA form.
NOTE: It is not required to send the RMA form. We recommend you to follow the instructions, on the RMA form, to read. Your order number is also your RMA number.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged any more than necessary to try the product, then we can charge the costs on you. Handle the product with care and make sure that a return is packaged well.
Product exchange?
Do you want your product to exchange? That is no problem at all. You can contact us at info@autowolf.nl. The customer does carry the costs for return.
